Manmaya Prasad Panda

Hi! I am Manmaya Prasad Panda who comes from a small town in India called Bhubaneswar. I have a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a post-graduate merit scholarship and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering. Although my academic parameters and merit scholarships indicate technical acuity in core engineering, what defines me is my thirst to dissect and decipher enigmatic business problems and provide technology enables business solutions with high ROI.

In my early career, working at a product-based B2B setup at HP/HPE and a service-oriented B2B2C environment at IBM has laid a solid foundation in grooming my visualization of a problem from Multiple schemes as a software engineer, an analyst, and a product owner. Later getting into Big 4 consulting like Deloitte and PwC stitched the Technology-Business-Leadership chain. It strengthened my belief that proper alignment of technology solutions with business processes will pave way for efficiency, innovation, and accomplishment in any industry.

After working in the Big 4 consulting industries for 3 years I moved to a Product role at Fidelity Investment where I got my lifetime opportunity to lead product teams (Squad) to build NextGen investment portfolio management solutions where we contributed to the launch of Direct indexing fraction share product. Currently, I am working with Mastercard where I lead one of the largest programs which is responsible for moving billions of dollars each day between our customers.
